The Challenge

Broodje Benidorm is a Dutch bakery in the heart of Benidorm. Their customers often want to order in advance (bread, sandwiches, snacks and seasonal products), without hassle through external platforms or phone errors.

The website therefore had to be two things at once: a clear "showcase" with assortment, info, opening hours and location, and a low-threshold ordering flow that works as smoothly on mobile as on desktop.

You can see that reflected in the combination of a product overview + shopping cart + order/pickup form.

The Solution

Assortment as "Menu"

The offering is developed in categories (such as bread & rolls, pastries/cookies, sandwiches, savory snacks and seasonal products) with product cards and clear prices.

Shopping Cart and Product Selection

Visitors can add items directly via plus/minus buttons, after which a shopping cart is filled. There is also a selection modal for variants (e.g. "Hard Roll / Soft Roll").

Order Form with Pickup Date

The checkout is deliberately kept simple: name + phone number + pickup date + comments. There is explicitly a warning that the bakery is closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Visit Information and FAQ for Trust

In addition to ordering, there is a clear "Come visit us" section with address, phone, email and opening hours + an FAQ. That increases trust and reduces the number of recurring questions.
